    Hi,

I just ordered a T900 from Fujitsu with a 160 GB 5400 RPM SATA hard drive. I intend to replace that hard drive with a SSD from NewEgg. Is the stock hard drive in the T900 2.5" or 1.8"?

    It is 2.5", height 9.5mm, SATA-II

Thus, get a fast 500GB HDD, I don't think that the latest 750GB 2.5" HDD are that fast, but I haven't seen recent benchmark results.

I replaced mine with a WD Balck 320GB 7200rpm works a lot faster now. Use Acronis true image trial to clone your drive. It's way better than anything fujitsu.
