The T2020 although not officially listed as supporting 8GB RAM does support 8GB RAM.

I could only see 4GB as the max supported RAM on the Fujitsu website but since I had 2 4GB sticks just dying to get in the T2020's pants I tried it and they work without any issues what-so-ever.

I expected that it would because the chipset is listed as supporting 8GB but since I couldn't find any reference to anyone else that has tried it I thought I would share the news.

    I used Gskill DDR3-1333 / PC3 10666 CL9 modules.

Ok so I attempted the same thing, and it didn't work. Same memory and 1.7 BIOS. won't even run a single stick of 4GB just flashing scroll lock light. put the original 4GB (2GBx2) of memory back in and boots normally.
