Yeah I could probably start a whole sub thread with the number of devices I've either personally destroyed or been witness too. Though I will say the most dramatic was a surface pro that went down a geothermic vent only to come blasting explosively out minutes later. The only thing we found was part of the back hinge.... :)

I agree with @lovelaptops , @JoeS wins. aside from physical destruction of the device, I was back and going on a spare in a couple of hours thanks to active directory and one drive.

PS: Right up there from me was watching a think pad get cleanly cut in half by an industrial laser cutting tool that was acting up.

Fast Insider 19551 seems to be broken on the Pro X. Gets stuck at the UEFI boot page and then needs to roll back. Just to avoid anyone else having to waste their time.

Must be the season for odd editorializing since not much new is actually available and most of the CES stuff is still a couple months away from actually reaching consumers, but The Verge has weighed in again on the Pro X calling it the "fanciest Chromebook". I'm not sure how that's meant.. One thing I do agree with him on is how much I like the new Edge Browser saying in some cases like with portable web apps, it out chromes chrome.
