    Fortunately not mine.
I remember also previous i5 unit from December not had also that return for other reason(broken proximity sensor)
But my 2 m3 both had and was really annoying.

It's most common on m3 version most of all.

Concerning the noticeable fault current when charing the device:

    Could anyone confirm this?

If it was a windows issue then every machine out there running 10 would have the same problems and they don't.

Not every device out there having touch screen of digitizer support or 2 in 1 form factor or connected standby feature.
That's the main differences between traditional laptop or desktop machine and touch 2 in 1.

Most of the part is Windows 10 issue not optimized for touch device with mobile features to work at the very best scenario.
And second is sensitive or defective hardware unit.
The QC needs improvements from MS especially in SP4.

I have three 2 in 1s that have none of the issues I see here and I have also had and returned a few others which also had none of the issues I see here. I would still be looking more at drivers and/or hardware than Windows.

Well other 2 in 1 not having too many sales and are strong minority of the 2 in 1 segment category,
Surface tablet are majority of the device people having or purchases in premium segment.

When sells are much much more it's kind of logic much more people complain about an any kind of issue.

So to me is 50-50 Windows 10-Hardware-defective(QC)issue.

FWIW both my two SP4 i7 have not had any electrical noise issues. And I frequently run my current SP4 i7 with high cpu loads.

You guy tried that in a completly silent environment? Put your ear next to the fan grille. I bet it's there. Either that or you guys are 40+ ;)
(Because it's all the same components in there. No special sauce. The board design and SSD is the same).
