When you are in task view, apparently. So you can do this now besides hitting an X to close any of the apps.

Can you do that when you are in desktop mode, because I hate that X?
Also why not MS offer close all button just like on android.

It would be much more useful than the ridiculous Hamburg menu copy from WP.

Can anyone comment on heat and fan noise for the i5 model? Does it get hot and noisy? Is it improved from Pro 3?

Yes I would say its quieter and cooler... even the fan at full blast during streaming is cooler and not as noisy as sp3

Mine is cool to the touch and the fan never comes on, except when playing Civ V and that one time I transferred about 30 gigs from a micro SD to the SSD (the fan came on after I transferred the files, I think it was indexing). Otherwise, when web surfing, using Office or a PDF editor it's spookily cool to the touch.

OK - right on cue, the bullsh#! begins today with Joanna Stern at the WSJ:

iPad Pro Review: Jack of All Trades, Master of Most
A big screen, keyboard and stylus turn Apple’s convertible tablet into a computer you’ve never seen before (emphasis added)

Ms. Stern - here's the computer we've all seen for nearly two years now:

    PEN INCLUDED! (save $99)
    KEYBOARD $40 LESS
FULL DESKTOP OS (including Adobe Photoshop can Autocad compatible)
    KICKSTAND! (infinitely adjustable)
    MINI-DP OUTPUT
    mSDXC EXPANSION
ALSO BUILT FOR PRODUCTIVITY - NOT JUST "CAPABLE"

But, of course, don't let reality stand in the way of the reality distortion field. Granted, she did find "limitations" but again the iPad XL is drool worthy like everything Apple.
