I am far away from a country that has Microsoft Store.

1- I have bought it from Bestbuy in Toronto, can I give it to ANY Microsoft Store around the globe when I travel in a month?
2- Is there any safe tweak that can limit CPU speed so it doesn't get frenzy and the fan doesn't kill itself? :D

    Thanks

Just for a general heads up since we can expect a Surface event soon. In Japan Microsoft is loering their price on Laptop 3 as well as Type Covers and Pens. Combine all this and what do we get?

Interesting. Not sure how the Japanese markets prices compare to US prices, but since the Pro 4-7 were all very modest refreshes, while they had occasional sales and bundle deals for the Pros, the accessories outside of bundles almost never go on sale. If they are legit dropping the price of the Surface Pen and Type Covers, they heavily indicates to me that they are finally updating those products with the new refresh, which hopefully means the next Surface Pro will be more of a substantial update then the past 3 were.
