Congrats on the new devices! Any plans on what the next device will be? I can tell you've never been on an online meeting site(like Tinder or friends making version Vina). That's adventurous as you may run into someone using a 7 year old Apple laptop, iPad 2 and hates pets(let's face it I may become the neighborhood dog lady, but with a Surface Pro).

That lines up perfectly with those rumors that there would be a 8th gen refresh of the nSP for the fall. But the Book 2 already has 8th gen, and I don't think 9 will be ready. Prehaps an LTE option or a Graphics/Battery bump as they did with the Book1.

Yes he wasn't real specific, may not actually know anything other than what are all reading, though it's standard procedure for my company to stop deployment of certain systems when they know they are about to be updated.

BTW, broke down and got the slate alcantara cover, Looks nicer and surprisingly feels nicer. Of course I may already have beaten my other keyboard in to submission since I tend to pound the keys

And a kickstand and TB3 on the clipboard. I don’t even care about battery life anymore. In the famous words of Tweek (and djas?) Argh!

It would be nice to see the Go/LTE in that refresh.

Sorry old buddy, but when looking for reviews on the SP17 LTE they all lamented the fact that the nSP was released June 15, 2017, but the LTE modeled straggled in on March 6, 2018...

<<...my company last week put holds on deploying both surface pros and surface books until October 1. The IT guy says new models are coming...>>

I certainly wouldn't be surprised. That timing would be about right...
