@darkmagistric : you are the coolest of the cool! Talk about woke, 20s style. Reminds me of the Algonquin Roundtable!

    It's coming. Core M? https://liliputing.com/2020/02/repo...-2-and-surface-book-3-coming-this-spring.html

Also, more RAM, bigger battery faster hard drive and 5G modem please (I know … I'm dreaming and it'll probably have an LTE model only).

Even though the Neo is right around the corner, I could see me preferring the Go2. I have loved my current 2 device solution and would be happy with a proper spec bump.

With low voltage Core processor, 8gb RAM, up to 512gb SSD, and 4g LTE this could be a stunner (or more likely a Surface Pro 7 cannibal)...

And while they are at it, shave off some of those hideous bezels.

I doubt very much if the footprint of the device will change at all. But if we're dreaming, I would like an OLED display and a pixel controller to improve the pen (although I have to admit that the pen is fine for my needs).

<<...shave off some of those hideous bezels...>>

I use my Go LTE every day, primarily in tablet mode (the keyboard is, relatively speaking, surprisingly heavy!). The bezels aren't excessive. Without them, the Go would be difficult to hold.

(Along those lines, the Go is much nicer to hold in the hands than the iPad Pro...)

We've heard various rumours from our partners that if there is a Go successor...
1.It's likely to be lake field based
    2. Probably won't be called the go but something somehow Neo adjacent (Trinity? :) )

We've also heard that the current low end Surface Pro 7 with the i3 has been more successful than MS expected. E.g I think its more likely they are going to extend the low end of the Pro 7 line with more m class processors

Additionally the new book 3 looks to be killer with the high end configurations with i9 processor and higher end graphics to compete with the MacBook Pro 16 and... (I REALLY hope this is true) a kickstand on the slate portion.

The Quadro Graphics is a great idea. It makes the Book a true portable workstation. Kickstand would be excellent.
