Well, the volume and power button are only easily usable when the connector is facing down—I mean volume up is up, and down is down. That's the main reason I hold a tablet in this orientation.

Speaking of muscle memory, that's also how phone port and buttons are arranged, so I guess there is that.

, I bought it because I found it really cheap :D and because I slightly prefer a magnetic solution (which also in my experience wears less down / less dust).

Browsers. Is the consensus still that Edge is more power efficient and less resource intense than Chrome?

Chrome? Does it exist? For me, the jury's been long in on that verdict. But let's wait for the experts.

It's mostly that Edge appears to be potentially less privacy draining. No promises though...

Still using edge and not looking back. Here is a cut from a recent article I read doing benchmarks. this was written int he last 30 days.

"Granted, Chrome narrowly beats Edge in the Kraken and Jetstream benchmarks, but it’s not enough to recognize in day-to-day use.

Microsoft Edge does have one significant performance advantage over Chrome: Memory usage. In essence, Edge uses fewer resources. Chrome used to be known for how little RAM was used, but these days, it’s become bloated. Edge used 665MB of RAM with six pages loaded while Chrome used 1.4GB — that’s a meaningful difference, especially on systems with limited memory."

    Just saying....

Same here. I will say that Google Maps in the 3D view crashes all.. the.. time.. in Edge. Not sure if it's just me, but something's not working right there. Other than that I think it looks great and works great. I'm a fan.

Opera is also worth mentioning, usually comes second after Edge.

, recently watched this video where Oztabletpc guy gives some good arguments for Edge over Chrome where on is where he shows that Edge gives slightly better battery life (but slightly worse than old Edge):
