I lay the blame for “magic” being used in the description or name of electronic devices on Steve Jobs.

I seem to recall “super” used to promote products in US TV commercials back in the 1960s. It might have gone back further but that would be before even my time. ;)

And that's all you'll need except your working in a treacherous surrounding. I, for one, hate cases.

Wait...$1500 preorder for an Android tablet? Yea, dual screens, but you could zip tie two Go's together for less and still have Windows. Unless I am missing something...

Edit: Okay, I am watching all the vids. It is a phone and a tablet in one so if I want to replace my Go and my Samsung phone it would actually be more than 1500. The dual screens are nice too. So I suppose the initial shock is wearing off.

I'm generally not a McCraken fan, but this quote he pulled out of Panay was the ultimate affirmation for most of us:

"Surface, says Panay, is about “how we can envelope all of Microsoft 365 [known until recently as Office 365] through a piece of hardware, regardless of the platform that it’s on, ultimately getting the chance to make people more productive.”

We've all been saying the same thing lately (in Thurrott fashion, I was first :newpalm:) - MS doesn't care where you are or whose platform you're on, we just want it to in our cloud (Azure, MS365, and Windows as a service). Although I see the Duo as the physical embodiment of the Courier, in reality it is a demonstration of the best way to serve up MS365 and OneDrive on Android, where tablets have basically been a flop and phones just don't offer quite enough screen real estate...
