    From a spec point of view, I'd imagine it could only operate at the Pro 5 levels, but despite that they overhauled the entire nib assembly. Its actually more of a throwback to the earlier N-trig pens (HP Slate 500 Days) then the nib assembly they used for the Pro 4/5 pens, but despite a step back its huge step forward. They were able to fine tune it enough that compared to every other N-trig/Mpp it just feels so perfect and natural. The IAF isn't as low, but the range of control you have over the lower end is significantly better, and just way the pen feels, how the digital ink flows from it so easily, despite the lack of a spec bump per say, I'd feel confident in saying the Slim pen is an improvement enough as is. Even if they do bump the pen specs per say I honestly don't think it would be that much of a discernible difference.
