    Highly recommend the BaseQi - using it with the high performance Samsung 256gb that I got from my failed Galaxy Note 7 purchase, and it works great!

    Clipboard Battery Performance - it gives me the hives as well. I know I can't make it through a half-day meeting, so I have been relying on the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 for note tasking sessions. I like it a lot, but I also like having EVERYTHING with me in those meetings, so at times I have to just disconnect the SB and take it in drawing mode.

    Probably way late on the response that it no longer matters ha, but, I've got an original Surface Book from not too long after launch. There were issues in the beginning, but seems firmware/driver/windows updates have resolved pretty much everything a while back.

    As a testament, I was on this site daily with my SP1/2/3 and SB, but have been so happy with the performance and stability after Microsoft sorted the bugs, I've been gone for months ha.

    Now I just check in to see when word of an updated version might appear with a Pascal GPU....

    I wouldn't hesitate at all to buy a Surface Book if it fits your needs. I use mine daily without any problems. Very satisfied!

    Good luck!

    I've given in (or up) and have, once again, grabbed myself a Surface Book that thankfully cost me nothing at all. It's only an i5 with 128Gb ram but that's more than enough for now. Currently selling a 16Gb, i7, nVidia GPU based unit, as nice as it is, due to simply not needing that much BOOOOM in my life.

    Roll on the Surface Nook experience. Just wish that the Folio had far more battery life but at least it's super light.

    Either way they are WAY too heavy on the pocket!
    Are they truly worth the money?

    Porsche=milking brand loyalty.

    They know some Joe out there will buy it just because it has the word "Porsche" printed on it. So they charge whatever they please knowing full well it will sell.
