Anyone having problems with their charge? My surface refuses to charge now. Its been stuck on the (plugged in, not charging) status for quite some time. Is this entirely normal for the Surface?

@Ozymandias give the new Office a chance. It's just a matter of getting used to the menu layouts (and you can always hide the ribbon if you really hate it). I couldn't imagine going back to a prehistoric version like 2007!

    Everything is good thus far.
I haven't used Win 8.1 extensively however can anyone tell me how to show the battery percentage?

Being able to click and call up OneNote for a quick and dirty note is one of the best features of the pen compared to other pens. Besides there are all kinds of other utilities developed to make use of the BT functionality. Double click and you get a screen shot that opens in OneNote.

Some of the swipe options are turned off. You need to go into settings and turn them on.

So now that the S3 is out in the wild, how does it stack up against the i3 SP3? On paper they are pretty close, but that says nothing about real world use.

I have to agree, it is very nice. I'm trying to install O365 Preview 2016 on this Surface 3 and it's taking an extremely long time. It's been going over two hours and still going. It never took that long to install in VirtualBox on my Mac or on my Dell Venue 11 Pro. Not sure why so slow.

Thanks. I thought it could be presented as a tile somehow. Just seems weird that you can't displayed it.

Strange, just checked my charge, and it seems to be running fine.
