I agree this is best for now. I mean, why wait since I figured you've eyeing that Go since Day 1? Tethered to your Note 5 & you're good to go (ha!) Use the S3 as your extendend monitor. Both are light enough to be carried together.

Or borrow a page from Dale's playbook, get one from any retailer that offers a 30-day return policy, and return it before the window's closed. That'll buy you a full month. Another retailer will buy you two full months. By then I'm sure info on LTE would have been available.

Would Surface 3 users running Windows 10 1809 or 1803 please be so kind to check their machines for Spectre & Meltdown vulnerabilites with InSpectre and report the results here? Thank you!

    <<...Result Inspectre : Protected (all 3) : Yes Performance : Poor...>>

...It was anticipated that the patches for Spectre / Meltdown would have a significant impact on performance, so nothing new there...

I was just replying to the question earlier about Surface 3 & Inspectre...
If you use the Surface 3 accordingly it is still a capable device and again not sure switching to go is an upgrade for everything

Loved my Surface 3 but the Atom was getting long in the tooth and there was a lot of speculation about the impact the Spectre work around would have on the 3's atom power.
