Strangely enough I don't even have it on my Windows phone.

Twitter is to communications as haiku is to literature.

I picked up a new Surface Pen (for the Pro 4) on Amazon for $49 and I like it! It sticks itself to the side of the S3 (portrait mode with the Win button at the bottom) and the feel is great. The eraser does not work on my ink in OneNote 2013 though, just the OneNote app. Oh well, who cares!

@Bronsky - thanks for the tip (no pun intended)!

It works for me in OneNote 2013 if I configure my stylus as a one-button stylus. Try reconfiguring the initial settings for the stylus and then give it a go. Hope this helps!

Interesting... I cannot find any configuration settings for the pen buttons in Control Panel or in OneNote 2013 (desktop version) Options. Where did you find this setting for one button or two?

I think you can only do that if you un-pair and re-pair.

Open OneNote 2013 and go to File > Options >Advanced > Pen. Modify the pen configuration there to one-button pen and then verify the stylus works correctly.

EDIT: That's not it. I'll keep looking and update when I find it.

EDIT: Go to Control Panel->Pen and Touch and check the box that says "Use the top of the pen to erase ink (where available)."

I had to use my S3 at a different desk yesterday (How terrible, I know). Anyway, the outlet is buried behind the desk which is a behemoth. After squeezing my hands back there to plug in the charger, I carefully extract my hand only to see the dreaded "plugged in not charging" icon. Sigh. I plugged it in back and forth 3 times before it said "charging". I have the official S3 charger and cable and I cannot consistently plug the darn thing in without having to wish up on a star that is actually charging correctly.

I wish I could just plug it in without checking the power icon everytime.

Maybe a poll can be started to see if others consistently have this issue.

(Or it is just me and I should quit complaining)

I know it doesn't help you but I haven't seen this problem occur in many months. I had it when I first bought my S3 but one of the updates had fixed in, around October as I recall. Since then, no problems with the S3 charger. Once in a while, I'll see it with a generic charger even though the charger is rated at ~2.5A.

I have mine plugged into an extension cord under my desk and I've not experienced the not charging issue.

Surface dock is 99.99 at Amazon right now. Do I bet $100 that the mysterious S4 will have the same dimensions?
