Supported tablet was not found on the system

    Hi,
    my brother have Fujitsu T5010, and he couldnt use the pen yet :D

    there is a yellow mark on Wacom Penabeled MiniDriver on device manager

    and when I click on Pen Tablet Properties on Control panel an error massege pop up

    " A supported tablet was not found on the system "

    I 've downloaded the latest driver, or I think so :p

    please help me

    when you're installing the pen remove the driver currently installed in device manager first. (Right click uninstall & delete) and then try installing the driver you just downloaded.

    could you just explain it more ? :( maybe i've downloaded the wrong file

    First you need to get rid of that entry. I think you can click on it and hit the Delete key to remove it. Then reboot the computer, and Windows should find the Wacom as a new device. If you've already installed the driver, then Windows should also find the driver at this time.

    where you see the exclamation mark in Device Manager, right click on that entry & select uninstall, it is also going to ask you if you want to delete the associated files, select yes for that option.

    Then run the setup for the drivers that you downloaded from Wacom

    I wouldn't advise restarting the machine until after you've installed the drivers you downloaded, or you're likely to have the same drivers that gave you problems, reinstall themselves.
