I have a problem with the stylus...
Since this morning, when the Duo restarted after a windows update, i can't use the stylus properly. It recognizes the stylus but when it is close to the screen, the Duo registers it as a touch (in OneNote, it draws even when the nib is not touching the screen). I'm scared because its new and i don't want to send it to the technical service...Anybody knows how can i solve this?

If it requires 40 w and 10.2 V then 4 amps is right. A=W/V if I remember right.

It shows this isn't meant to be a lightweight machine!

Does anyone know the adapters barrel size?

That sounds like the stylus is acting up. The old versions of the nTrig had to be disassembled and have their contacts cleaned every once and a while. Check the HP Slate 500 forums for details. For a quick fix, try taking the battery out of the stylus waiting a few seconds and putting it back in.

    hi all,
i want to buy it but before i have a question....
this is my FIRST device for Paint.
I use Photoshop with Wacom Bamboo (usb)

1- How many pression level have a digitalizer N-Trig? 256?
    2- 256/512/1024 There 'a lot of difference?
3- Art rage and Sketchbook pro work with Digitalizer, correct?
4- Corel Painter work with digitalizer N-Trig?
5- I understand that Photoshop does not have the digitization, but with future new driver(API) is this possible?
    6- What 's the best processor i3/i5/i7 to work with PEN+PS/ARTRAGE etc...with multiple-layers?

    thx for help!

    3. Yes :)
    4. No. :(
    5. Maybe. Hopefully with Surface Pro coming out, Adobe may be "forced" to fix their programs and join the wonderful Sketchbook Pro and Art Rage. :|
    6. Better processor will always be better. More important may be RAM if you want to work with large resolutions and maybe layers. 8GB ram is best.

Small issue with charging the Duo. I have enabled battery care but the duo doesn't stop on 80%. Even on 100% the indicator still shows charging and the indicator on the duo is orange in color which indicates charging.

    Hello!

Can we assign specific Key to the digitizer buttons ?
I am using Maya and I can't navigate because of this. I can't find any option to configure the ntrig buttons in Windows or any sony Tools ...
And the second button doesnt seem to be any Key like on a wacom where it should be middle clic or something .

    Thanks for your help !
