Sony Support

    So I've been trying to order a Duo 11 all day but have had problems. CS finally called this evening at 6:00 and said they'd call back in 15 or 20 minutes with a resolution. No call and it's now 7:45.

    Is this typical for Sony support?

    It varies on the rep to be honest. I've had some great experiences, and some that turned out great, but took forever to get resolved (like a couple of years back Sony took maybe 2 weeks to contact me about fixing my old Vaio Z, but in the end they upgraded me to a brand new Z for free taking me from Core 2 Duo to an i5).
