Yeah, I agree with you. Also, it isn't like these units are totally unusable or dead on arrival. They work, they're just... unstable/quirky/buggy. Some people might get it and just be like "oh well whatever I got a blue screen" or have the ghost touch issue once and not really think to complain over it yet. People have also been busy over the holidays. Give it time. I'm sure Dell is hearing thousands of complaints that we don't see.
