Setting up fingerprint sign-in without PIN sign-in?

    Has anybody been able to use the fingerprint sign-in option in Windows Hello without allowing PIN sign-in? I've found a group policy (that requires "Microsoft Passport for Work" which requires "Windows 10 for Enterprises") and a registry hack (that disables both fingerprint and PIN) and I've Googled it for a while with no solution.
