No effect on image quality? I tossed my Photodon MXT film (they weren't responding either) and I'd love to pick up a proper anti-glare protector.

is it just me or do these screen protectors cause your pen nibs to fray at then end and wear out faster? Or do the nibs naturally spread apart like that?

...I'm going to say that it's just you.

I've used many brands of SPs with all the different Wacom and N-trig nibs and I've never had any experience quite like you describe. All my nibs have worn down as one would expect, developing flat spots that eventually became too pronounced to ignore...

Being matte it has definately cut down on fingerprints, and I do find it easier to use in sunlight now. The screen quality is still fantastic, but not as glossy looking as before if you catch my drift.

Bough Zagg full body just to get that backside protector since it seems likely to get scratched all over when the slate is lying on the table and sliding it over to show stuff to someone. I'm not concerned about the glass getting any scratches since its Gorilla glass.

Thats strange, I bought my Slate 7 in Sweden and it specifically says Gorilla Glass on the official swedish Samsung website.

aqua: I frankly don't know what brand of toughened glass the S7S uses, but I'm also pretty sure that it isn't Gorilla brand glass.

As for your Swedish site, I've seen a lot of erroneous copy on websites. I do remember that early on, Gorilla glass got mentioned in some pre-release announcements. Perhaps it's a holdover from that early copy...?
