With such a ridiculously wide range of disposable pen bodies to choose from, I bet retro-fitting an S-Pen into a new body would be a project with LOTS of options.

The trick would be making a decent barrel button mechanism. But I bet it could be solved.

This kind of project really appeals to me. I feel there is something non-material but nonetheless of value to be gained from sculpting your own art tools, the way it was done long ago when you couldn't just go out to the "Art Store" and buy paints and brushes. You had to make your own.

This pen is too expensive in Europa.
I hope we will have a better price soon.

Weren't those the days when artists suffered from the affects of Arsenic, Lead and other poison/toxin induced terminal illness, from colours like Vermilion etc? On top of that most colours weren't permanent so they died for nothing. Now we have millions of glorious colours on a digital pallet, and artist now suffer severe head trauma from banging their heads of their desks, as a result of one too many BSOD induced mental breakdowns. On the upside the internet never seems to forget so their work lives on.

You should put a 3D printer on your Christmas list...I have a feeling you could turn out some really interesting projects. There could be a market for some form of decent universal S-pen body and some robust product specific external silo solutions.

Yeah, arsenic poisoning sounds lousy. But it's the principle.

For the same reason... When I thought of 3D printing, my heart sank. I think what I really enjoy about the process is any excuse to create with real tools away from the computer.

€42 too expensive? I can hardly see it going cheaper than this.

I bought mine when it was $36 USD, but I may just buy another one at this price just in case I lose the first one.
