Well, I completed my first day on the road n a project with this little guy (P205). About 6 hours of note-taking, with some web-surfing and e-mails between interviews and in the evening. When I finally got back to my hotel room at 9pm, I still had 65% remaining, So a good battery-life experience.

Meh, it's a great pen, but if it's too expensive for you then fair enough. More money generally does get you better quality though.

    Thanks!

Where did you finally decide to buy from, and would you recommend the same vendor?

True, I only said that because I found the SGB2 pen.

65% after 6hrs of usage? All I do on mine is markup PDFs, take notes and occasional YouTube videos, but even in standby it doesn't last that long.

I usually get two days use... 8 hours or so screen on time.
So far I've just had the occasional app lag. I don't like how long it takes to rotate, double tap to wake and swiping up for app drawer both seem to be hit and miss. I'll try some other home screens and see if things improve. I do like the dark mode, overall performance is fine and the silo'd pen is great.

I like that apple is finally getting in the game, but no way am I using the version 1 pen. Hopefully Samsung releases a nice pro model to compete soon.

Same here, occasional lags when launching apps. I hope it doesn't get worse.

So there might be a US version of this later this summer after all. We just got an updated parts list which shows a couple of new SKUs that slot in to the tab a range of numbers.

No description attached to the SKU yet, but it looks exactly like what they did with the current TAB A 2019 10.1 inch and the TAB S5E which showed up the same way about three months before they were formally announced.

There are suppose to be some new device announcements later this summer. Maybe you're right.
