What kind of battery life are you getting on a full charge? Less than 10 hours?

Jesus! I get near that on my Go.:vbeek: With the battery life on this Tab A and the Pen charging issues on the Mini, there's a part of me saying just upgrade my Go to LTE and get the Note 10 when it comes out. I can run Navionics on the phone if need be. In fact, the Snapdragon in the Note 10 (hopefully the 865) will likely rival the iPad Mini's CPU speeds. That way, I stay with my beloved two device solution and I have no need for syncing between devices.

    … just saying.:newpalm:

I've seen a few battery tests and they are always 9-10 hrs. Maybe there is something causing battery drain in this case?

Ok I see one at 6 hours and one at 10... Guess it just depends on what you are doing.

Maybe in standby mode, but I always have both mobile data, WiFi and Bluetooth on, with adaptive display on. I use the device health app to tune the device. Will measure and see what I get.

Yup, plus wired headsets. Voice quality is fine, on the same levels as normal smartphones.

    Curious. How come?

Too narrow? Too slow? Or in almost every case would you rather reach for a bigger device like the ipp11?

I thought about cases where the 8 inch size wins, and came up with "standing, walking, and maybe bed or couch (?) usage" and I would have thought it would be pretty neat (if not that practical) to even be able to do some light notetaking in these situations more easily, no?

That's a nice overview of the spen features.
I don't think this review has been posted:
Gives some real use observations and a battery test

I was also wondering what he meant by that. For me the only knock against the device is the anemic battery. In terms of size, it is perfect and can easily pass for a large phone. Again, for me inking is great because it doesn't have the stupid curved edges of it's smaller siblings and honestly the screen brightness is more than enough.
