Hae you considered an external SSD such as this one? https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00X6A8WAG/

I've had the 512GB version for over a year. Very convenient, no problems.

Samsung can, it already does it with the Samsung galaxy note.

But no one has really done it in a tablet - and the few laptops with narrow bezels always have one or more sides "too big" for a camera...

Why can't they adopt this 2013 proto-type that adjusted bezels on the fly (my thinking is they would stay small unless you asked for more bezel):

Amazing only a FIVE YEAR OLD CONCEPT...:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Maybe there's a patent troll sitting on the technology? Intel itself, asking way too much for the license?

Guess it could be, but Intel is getting desperate to keep ARM at bay (look - they even adopted AMD for a graphics partner - talk about "dogs and cats living together!"), so I would think they'd do anything to keep using Intel technologies.

And they let this game changing technology die? I don't get it, is there any con to adopting this?

Is this any different from the "one-handed use" feature on phablets? Where you swipe to shrink the screen size.

I don't know if it died; they killed it; or know one cared, but it is a great idea lost to users...

This is just understating the fact. Again, I’d like to believe there’s a problem with actual implementation or maybe the patent troll thing.
