According to several reports here in the forums and elsewhere on the tubes, the "keyboard disconnect" issue can be addressed by attaching and detaching the keyboard-dock a dozen or so times till its connectors "break-in". People should try this first before returning their units or -- God forbid -- contacting Samsung support. :D

Somewhat OT, but is it that bad?

Anyways, I'll eagerly await reviews of the Ativ Q, especially regarding battery life Haswell will surely help, but that display has to suck some juice on the other hand.

    Wrong, it's 16:9.

Ok, tell me where I am wrong and how do you calculate the aspect ratio.

Every 16.9 screen should give a 1.777 valor if you divide height / width

    1280/720 = 1.7777
    1920/1080 = 1.7777
    2560/1440 = 1.7777
    3800/1800 = 2,11111

Even with that, if you make a simple cross-multiplication to know what will be the equivalent height for a 3800 width using 1920x1080, it gives you 2138.

So please, tell me where your maths come from because you are wrong and this device is not 16.9, it is wider.

Where are you getting 3800 from? It's 3200x1800.

Exactly. The first thing I did after reading the first comment about it being not 16:0 was check the specs on Samsung's site, make sure the res was 3200x1800 and pull out the calculator to make sure it was 16:9 just in case I had forgotten math.

ouuuuuuch, you were right I was wrong, I didn't know why or where I saw 3800 but I was convinced.

My fault then, sorry for the discussion.
