R1F Audio jack static sounds-- Part II

    Yeah the other one is getting tooooooooo..... long so i thought lets create a part II!!!

    So here's something that i found just now dunno why that happens. If you plug an earphone into the jack (while the computer is switched off) and then turn on the computer, you don't hear any static, but when windows load, the static starts. If this static were due to some external effect or some hardware thing i assume you should hear it even when the computer in still booting. I think the issue is windows/software related.

    what do you guys can understand from it. Please tell me if my reasoning was wrong.

    Also try using high quality earphones, if i use my high end logitech headset there is no interference. But when i use regular ipod earphones i get the static.

    not sure if it's time to start a new thread but, I'm using high end Sennheiser headphones, tried both ear bud and closed ear types.
