I own a tx1000z, it has the b/g/n-draft wireless network adapter and bluetooth.

I also, own a tx2500z with just the b/g wireless network adapter.

I successfully swapped the network cards and now I have the n-draft on the tx2500z and the b/g on the tx1000z.

I thought the bluetooth was part of the network adapter, but it doesn't appear on the 2500 and it still shows active in the 1000z. Is there a way I can pass the bluetooth adapter to my tx2500z? or is it integrated to the motherboard of the tx1000z?

Thanks for all your help in advance.

ditto that. opened mine up to see how and where BT worked in the laptop (was kinda curious), and i "think" it was soldered....forgot, but i'm pretty sure it was.

although, it shouldn't be too hard to find an alternative (like a usb adapter.)

    OR

if ur feeling adventurous AND a daredevil, u could theoretically solder it on...(wait a minute, weren't the MoBo's different between the tx2500? shoot...)
