As Journal doesn't export images nicely I had to use "snipping tool" which has resulted in a pixelated image. Quick sketch in Journal using Asus EP121 from a paused picture on my TV last night.

    Anubis, the guider of souls.

I did this with the help of my Asus Vivotab tf810c and my custom Sai toolbar. Color picture and a bw "noir" version:

Love the design and shading but I hate to be critical and mention your perspective seems way out of kilter?

(If you put a line through his shoulders and a line through his hips you'll see these lines will never meet at a vanishing point)

Hi. Well, maybe you are right, but I'd like to make a clarification. I wanted to make the design of his "belt" based on this classical representation http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikiped...is_standing.svg/350px-Anubis_standing.svg.png , where the belt is inclined towards a side and also I wanted his waist to be a little inclined towards the wiever while he is raising his right leg a little bit. :p.

It's always a minefield giving critical feedback - I'll just say I still think the shading and rendering of lighting is great though.
