Can someone please help me? I updated windows on my brand new Vivotab after having it a week and now it won't detect any wireless connections and doesn't have the drivers installed. Is anyone else having this problem and can advise on what to do? I took it to the windows store and they were no help.

Download and install Broadcom wireless driver
    http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/nb/DriversForWin8.1/WLAN/WLAN_Broadcom_Win81_32_VER59399187.zip

If you want to update other drivers get it straight from Asus

If you don't need encryption I would disable Bitlocker as it was giving me problems installing drivers and slowed the system to a crawl...

Most software problems can be delt with in Asus Support FAQ

Thank you! I did download what you said but its still not working. It said windows doesn't have that driver so it won't allow me to update it from my sd card. I'm doing a recovery now to see if it will allow me then. Thank you for your help!

hi there. i know these are not recent posts, but I try
so I got my AVTN8 used and I had no problem with it the first week. then I lost the wifi. completely mean the driver don't even show in device manager. i tried everything (maybe except the right thing), recovery (like 5 times), drivers (from every sources you can imagine, and even updated to w10. shows nothing. oh also dropped the back to see if its a card or a loose connection.
any Idea what can I do before I take it to Asus?
