Photo upload image size limit ?

The lowest resolution of my smartphone camera is too large for this forum. Can anybody specify the size limit ? Can it be increased ?

 

Assuming you have an Android I believe there is an app for that, you set the file size and it reduces pixels to achieve that. Only read about it somewhere but I'm sure some of the guys here will know the app name.

 

You might want to try a work-related (capture smaller file size photo).

Start a text message, capture a photo from inside you msg app, then use that photo for upload to size limited needs.

I just tested this and it limited the capture size to under 2MB. Problem might be finding where the photo is stored in your phone (mine saves to same folder as camera

Alternatively; auxillary app that will capture or resize existing image smaller or online option.

 

I use Tapatalk on Android to insert images. Still haven't figured out how to do it through the web properly.
