Pen latency test

    In my experience doing the fast circles test is that EMR has significantly lower latency than N-Trig.

    However, I haven't tried this in Sketchable. Perhaps if you tested in CSP you would start seeing measurable differences.

    But it does affect the distance between the pen tip and the digital ink - [latency]*[speed]=[distance] - so taking the picture right when the ink is rendering where your hand moved slowest (at the bend) will mask the difference between the results.

    Here is another look at the iPad Pro and Procreate using only straight strokes. You'll see the distance from the tip to the ink remains pretty consistent.

    Wacom Cintiq Companion 2, same settings as the Surface Book. Without lookin at this frame by frame, results look identical to me.

    I think the EMR test looks slightly faster to render the first stroke update (past the initial 'tick').

    Probably is a bit slower, since it's just Clipboard. I'll measure frames and do the m3 Surface Pro 4 later today.

    But remember every frame represents only ~4 ms.
