    Hi all,

I just received EP121 today, but I found my wacom function doesn't work.

There is a 3 cm width strip under the webcam that can't use wacom pen.

    This is my situation.

Do you know how to fix it ? it's a defect, right?

    Thank you.

I have seen your video. I had the same issue with my TM 2 one year ago. I solved it by a reset of the calibration of the pen, then a calibration.

I tried to reproduce the problem in Artage.

Red vertical red is the strip that is not working.
I write some green lines, it's still not working in the strip, but have a connected straight line if I just leave the not accessible zone.

Hope to find a solution @@ Thank you.

I tried it many times, but it's still not working.

I can use my finger to draw at the pen-broken strip, but Wacom pen can't.

Is it a Calibration problem ? or hardware detect ? thank you.

Return it..sounds like a hardware issue.

It's a faulty digitizer connection. seen it many times over the years although it is very uncommon. Send it in for repair / replacement.
