I'm still trying to fine the right PDF setup for my Surface Pro. I scan everything in that I receive so have a huge library of PDFs, and transitioning over from Mac. I have tried a half dozen or so PDF apps and Drawboard is by far the best experience with a pen. I pulled the trigger on buying it a bit to quick, and then set it as my default PDF app. Now I know longer get PDF previews in Explorer. If I change default back to Foxit or Nuance, the previews come back. Is there a way to use Drawboard for opening a PDF, and something else for preview?

Right-click on a .pdf and choose to open it w/ Drawboard?

Right, I'm aware that can be done but wondered if there was a way to decouple the default "open" app from the default "preview" app. I'm guessing there isn't.

As an update, I found Xodo which is a great ink enabled PDF viewer that has preview support. Wish I'd found this before buying Drawboard.
