    Hi all,

I got myself a refurbished Toshiba Encore 2 for just $100. I did not buy the "write" model because it was 3 times costlier. My first and foremost purpose for buying this tablet is note taking. I have a question is this regard. For easy notetaking purpose, palm rejection is very important. Is palm rejection a software issue of a hardware issue? If it is a software issue, which software should I download? It is a hardware issue, which stylus should I buy?

    Cheers!!

Hardware, which is fixed when one uses the stylus in the Write model.

    Hi Will,
    .
Thanks for your reply. Does Toshiba Encore 2 (not the write model) supports active stylus like Wacom's and Ntrig?

    Cheers!!

That's correct, as far as I know. My hunch is that is why the "Write" model is more expensive. The Write model supports an N-trig style pen, I believe.
