Hello, I have started using onenote recently and I really find it useful at work, however sometimes when I write a line directly on to the page the line I have just written disappears.. has anyone else experienced this and found a solution? Thanks

Could not help you with Win 8. You should report to MS.

I had the same problem on Win 7 64. The fix I found was to turn of touch sensing while writing in OneNote. Kinda stinks because you cant use your finger to scroll but much less annoying than rewriting the same thing twice. A guy on here made a little app that modifies pressing the button on the side to turn on/off touch sensing.

I have the same problem with OneNote 64-bit on Windows 7. I think it's a problem with the program itself, not the tablet.

<<...I have the same problem with OneNote 64-bit on Windows 7...>>

ginger: Are you sure that you are running OneNote 64-bit? Even though Office comes in both versions, the Office installer will load 32-bit Office on 64-bit systems by default and Microsoft recommends this practice...

I can't recall every hearing of a widespread problem with disappearing ink in OneNote, there have been widespread issues with shifting ink that Microsoft addressed in a patch in 2010.

I'd run an Office repair install and make sure you have Office fully patched.

    I'm absolutely sure.

Ohhhhh man, I've been having this problem, too. I will check for a patch. Thank you!
