I leave my original charger at home, plugged in to the wall.

When I'm out and about, I carry the Omnicharge 20 USB-C (20,100 mAh, good for ~3 charge cycles vs the 6,500 mAh battery in the One Mix). I pair that with this super cheap Mothca 29W USB-C PD charger, which by itself doesn't charge the One Mix because of the voltage differential, but because the Omnicharge supports passthrough charging it DOES charge the battery pack which then charges the One Mix. So this setup allows you to be completely mobile while out and about and for emergency where you need to be stationary for 8+ hours you can still be plugged in.

Added bonus, both items are super portable (the Mothca is smaller than the included charger), and the Omnicharge is the same width as the One Mix so it sits on it in a very stable manner. Since the Omnicharge has TWO USB-C output ports, one on each side, it doesn't matter which way you position the Yoga (tablet, or tent, or display or laptop), there will be a port on the same side. The Omnicharge also has this odd feature where the extra USB-A ports on the charger can also be used as a data hub for the USB-C connection so it expands your USB-A ports from 1 onboard to 3 total.

Right now Amazon has them both on sale:

Note that I scrubbed those links, so they aren't referral links. They're just direct links to the items, I get no kickback/benefit from any purchases. Just sharing a good deal.

How warm do you mean by really warm? If it's drawing updates or anything like that, it's likely to get quite warm, Windows has that nasty habit.

I haven't noticed anything untoward on my unit, but I've also done a bit of a cooling mod (and haven't really used tablet mode, as I didn't need to yet and also because the pen's kind of unusable on Linux atm). It does get warm and loud if it's pushed, no doubt, but in my case not so much I'd feel concerned.

I think I had turned down the fan accidentally thinking it was the keyboard backlight.

Oh, I see! Yes it's a but unpractical to not have an indication which setting for the fan is currently on, apart from noise levels, since if you hit the switch while there's not much work load, you won't actually hear a difference.

    EDITED/ADDED

    Tested a few chargers...

    Jackery 26800 PD Supercharge Battery
The battery pack does not charge but the included 45w wall charger does work
    https://www.amazon.com/Jackery-Supercharge-26800mAh-Compatible-g-MacBook/dp/B0791BGYS3/

    Aukey 27w Turbo Wall Charger
    No charge
    https://www.amazon.com/AUKEY-Charger-Delivery-Compatible-Nintendo/dp/B071H2JGJ6/

    Aukey 39W PD Car Charger
    Charges fine!
    https://www.amazon.com/AUKEY-Charger-Output-MacBook-Nintendo/dp/B079MWXSS8/

    Anker 49W PD Car Charger
Will not charge the 2S Yoga... it will intermittently charge on and off but slowly loses power over time
    https://www.amazon.com/Charger-Anker-PowerDrive-Adapter-MacBook/dp/B071WYF9HP/

    Anker 60W PD Wall Charger
Will not charge the 2S Yoga, does not even detect... this one I am really surprised about since its their highest power rated wall charger.
    https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Delivery-Charger-PowerPort-Matebook-x/dp/B07BQJWDRM/

Anker 2 Port Power Strip with 30W PD Charger
    Charges perfectly fine!
    https://www.amazon.com/Delivery-Anker-PowerStrip-Outlets-Control/dp/B07DFFX34P/

I am really curious about the Anker 30W PD Wall Charger if anyone has that one:
    https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Charger-Delivery-PowerPort-MateBook/dp/B06Y427WT7/

I am also curious as to any other battery packs that will work besides the 2 mentioned in this thread: the Anker 26800+ PD pack and the OmniCharge PD.

Since you asked about power banks, this one by Omars works:
    https://www.amazon.com/Omars-10000m...e=UTF8&qid=1544675285&sr=1-7&keywords=12v2.5a

As mentioned earlier, the safest is to go for devices that provide 12V and ideally at least 2.5A (I don't know if some of the 18W chargers/power banks aimed at mobile phones could work - some of them can supply 12V as well but only at 1.5A, I don't know if that could be enough here). There seem to be a few reports about chargers that don't officially support 12V, but somehow still work, yet the safest seems to me to explicitly watch out for 12V on the USB-C PD specs.
