Hi all, I just bought a HP Pavillion x360 (15-cr0052od) and I can't get pressure in Painter 2019 for the life of me. I bought a Wacom Bamboo Ink pen, and the drivers don't install, but the pressure works in the native Windows Ink apps, and in Sketchbook and Rebelle.

What am I missing that I can't get Painter to recognize presure AT ALL. Thank you for any help!

I haven't used Painter in forever.....but I do remember it required Wintab.

    Try this
2 . Choose Edit [IMG] Preferences [IMG] Tablet.
3 . Depending on your stylus input device, enable one of the following options in the Tablet settings area:

    Wacom-compatible device (Wintab)

    RTS-compatible device (Real-Time Stylus)
    4 . Restart Corel Painter.

Even though the Ink Pen is by Wacom...the HP you have is running MPP (Ntrig/Surface...which the Ink Pen is also compatible with, but that's why the Wacom driver won't install). Try switching it to RTS.

Alternatively you can try and hunt down the old Surface Pro 4 Wintab Driver.

RTS seemed to work, thank you!
