I have the same problem with the 7.00 update. Update goes till 50% and after a while is says ready with update and I have to restart. But it isn't ready. because when I open the file
    C:\Windows\Logs\ASUSDriverInstall.log it says

    Install Intel Driver Start ...
Install Intel Driver Done With 3010

Sensor Hub Firmware Update with 5

Error happenend during Driver Packing Installing!!
    Date and Time
    [ASUS Driver Install End]

If I understand correctly it says Sensor Hub Firmware Update -- > NOT INSTALLED?

What about Digitizer Firmware, is that insttalled? How can I see that?
    Thanks

Is it possible with the TS file to do the missing parts manually? How to do that?

How do I use this update. I installed the register file to stop the LiveUpdate notification and one of the intel files but that's all. Please do reply. Thanks in advance.

To run this manually you need to run the install.cmd from an elevated command prompt.

Search 'cmd' on the Start screen and right click it and select 'Run as Administrator.' Change the directory to where the files are and type install.cmd.

If you get the Sensor Hub Firmware Update with 5 Error happenend during Driver Packing Installing!! in the log file you can fix this by modifying the the install.cmd file (open it in notepad) and change the findstr "17" to findstr "20" and run it again.

This is my log after updating (I did it twice, the first via Liveupdate and the second via cmd):

Sensor Hub Firmware does not need update!!

    Digitizer BootLoader Update with 25

I got many alerts because most of the drivers were already up to date, but I still don't know what exactly does that "Intel Driver 3010" has fixed or updated. The graphics driver version is still 1177, the same version as with the latest windows8 update two weeks ago and I don't see any improvement anywhere, yet.

3010 is the Intel Master Installer code for a successful install. Seeing it is a good thing.

After updating these drivers I have notice a huge drop in the overall volume of the speakers, now I have to go to 100% to hear what only needed 50% or so, before updating. I read that some people had this problem in the past but it never happened to me, until now, any solutions?

    Roll back the audio drivers?

What I have tried is: uninstalling and reinstalling both audio drivers and rebooting, disabling and reenabling them, reset the settings in the driver window, plugging in an external speaker and then unplug it, lower the volume to 0 and raise it again... nothing has worked so far...

Perhaps a stupid question, but is the volume in your mediaplayer wide open?
