31-May expected date on the next batch at http://shopblt.com; 56 or something like that already went to existing orders. Free shipping too! Just search for "elitepad 1000" and it brings all of em up.

    Good luck...

Why are there no ElitePad 1000 in Europe. There were 7 ElitePad that came earlier in Norway, and no more now...

    For Zendragon:

As you can see, I'm no artist but I did this with ArtRage 3 using a round stencil filled in with inkpen brush and smeared it with a palette knife. (And that's the old...uhm...French spelling of palette in the picture :D ).

awesome! thank you. That looks pretty accurate compared to paper. I don't have a lot of experience with artrage, the last one I used was a demo of 2, but I'm definitely more confident in the pen with that example.

What do you the about Elitepad 1000 g2 against the Surface Pro 3? I feel stupid ordering the ElitePad now. Btw when do you use landscape or portrait for ElitePad? When you write notes what format do you? and when you read pdf?

    Sincerely,

It's bigger and uses N-Trig. It also uses i3-i7. Also has a fan where the EP1000 G2 does not - it's totally silent all the time.

    Both, it auto-rotates.

OneNote, my fav for 5 years running. As for PDF, there's lots of ways to both read and write PDFs. From Office, Adobe Acrobat/Reader to freeware. It even comes with some HP branded PDF reader. Haven't used it so can't comment.

Thanks of the answer. I meant which format, do you use onenote in portrait or landscape and do you read pdf in portrait or landscape? THanks

Oh. LOL. Both for both. All depends on what I'm doing or reading.

But is it more comfortable than reading from a real old fashioned paper? I always getting the feeling the10 inch is too small? And it will always be heavier than a book?

Day 30 with the Elitepad 1000 so far and with daily heavy use of the pen it is still working fine on the original battery.

I will probably be doing up a 30-day review and posting it soon.
