umm...Don't do it man! And by don't do it! I mean do it!
EPP is offering an additional $67 off on top of the $150 discount
Just got this with the i5+HD5450 for $983.34 shipped with the epp. Is the bluetooth necessary? I forgot to get it.
I use bluetooth for a lot of things, including external keyboard and mouse, as well as for an audio headset, and to sync my phone contacts.
It's a $25 upgrade from HP, but installing it later will cost you about $70 since you have to buy the cable separately, unless you can find one on eBay that already has the cable.
Personally, I think it's worth getting bluetooth.
2730P? How about the 2740P? It's IGP should as the 9400 from NVidia. It's still not as good as the 4550 from ATI but as far as IGPs go, it should be able 'somewhat' handle CS5.
For me, it looks like I'll be waiting for the Sandy Bridge processor upgrade from Intel before I upgrade from my trusty Toshiba M4.
Thanks, I reordered. The estimated ship date is August 2, are these estimates usually accurate? It's so hard to wait...I want it NAO!
ARRRGGGG! So I just thought the WWAN option hadn't been added yet. Why HP why?????
The integrated WWAN option was on of the coolest things about this machine! Is there no physical way to put it back later? If not this is a no buy for me now, I guess I'll wait for the tm3, my machine is working well as it is but gee if I ever needed to replace the one I have no WWAN, geezzz HP!
I wonder if they ran out of room to fit it.
I just don't get it. Find room! This device WAS unique because of all the options and this is so important these days and it made it equal to the iPad in wireless connectivity now its gimped!!!!!
I agree with you heatlesssun. That's why I'm holding back on buying a TM2 again. I sold my first tm2 that didn't have WWAN and I told myself, I'm getting one with it.
I really hope they can get rid of the battery hump in tm3, whenever that will be.
If not, I hope there's another tablet pc with the option of a discrete graphics card, too.
