ASUS just released a new BIO v3.05.

    BIOS 305

    2. Something user can heard high frequency noise from headphones at CPU enter C3/C4 state

Where can you find this BIOS update?

EDIT: Found it on the ASUS support site under map, that site sucks.... navigation does not make sense.

Fill in product, series and model of your tablet and it will take you to the R1F download page. There you can find the new bios by clicking of the "latest" link.....if not there try the "bios" link.

I have applied 305 and the bad news is that tablet functionality appears to have gone completely.... Will investigate further and let you know what happens, anyone got any ideas?

Okay so tablet functions are completely gone, cannot see a way to get them back. Also the flash utility will not let me downgrade the BIOS to 304, anyone else gone to 305 yet and had the same problems?

Good news, I dropped to easyflash within the BIOS and reflashed back to 304. I now have all Tablet and USB functions back. Looks like 305 is goosed, anyone seen the same? Now that I know I can roll back to 304 okay I might try 305 again.
