Yeah, IMO, this is not going to be released anytime soon (i.e. within the next two weeks).

    *sigh*

I'm done waiting. I might be missing out, but I have waited without a tablet for too long. I don't want to get myself into trouble starting school without one for a couple of weeks because of back orders and have to be stuck behind a learning curve for 3 weeks of medical school.

Its the T4210 for me. (even though I love ASUS)

Here is a bit from something a posted a few minutes ago on another thread:

    "More about the Asus...

I spoke with a representative today, and she said that her managers had just told her that Asus had not yet made a decision whether or not to bring it to America! I thought it was just a matter of when, not if. If this is correct, it's some pretty disappointing news for me. I would assume that it would take some time to get an American supply chain up and running. There's marketing and advertising, then setting up distribution...then you have to have infrastructure and facilities to take orders and to give customer support. Along with these, I'm sure there are many other factors I'm missing. If it hasn't even moved beyond where to sell it, I would assume that not many of these necessities have been implimented to bring it here.

September is looking pretty realistic." (To clarify, another poster said that he/she did not think it would be here until September.)

Is anyone else thinking the same thing?

    ugh.
if they're going to wait until Fall to release it - then they need to give confirmed specs - like dedicated graphics or not.
Need to know if it's worth waiting for.
