    OK, got it.
Are this drivers, from the third post (2.03) newer than the ones above 2.1.0.5?
    Numbers seem to say different.

Anyway, I have run CMD as admin and tried to install 2.1.0.5 again. This time is seems to have worked.

Now I need to see if "sleep issue"has been fixed.
I will let you know after a bit.

Yes, 2.03 are newer, although the numbers make you think otherwise. Look at the changelog in each ZIP, you'll see.

Also, don't forget to restart after you've installed! This will update the BIOS. If you do decide to install 2.03, make sure you restart inbetween the 2.1.0.5 and the 2.03. Don't install one after the other without restarting. You could screw up the BIOS.

Everything works fine so far, I have the tablet without the keyboard dock by the way.

I tried to install the drivers again (just in case something went wrong the first time) from an elevated cmd prompt and this time I got "...does not need update!!" in some places, so I guess everything is installed correctly now.

Here are some screenshots of the bios after the update, I don't remember the previous numbers, can anyone confirm if you have the same numbers?

    bios 02.jpg

I wonder why I still get the "can not connect to server" messages running LiveUpdate... It won't let me open the program after a system restore. Maybe they wanted to do some last hour modifications to the drivers and they pulled the switch on their server completely? It's puzzling, but I'm used to weird things since bought this otherwise wonderful piece of hardware.

P.d: as I said, my graphics driver version is now 9.14.3.1117

Yes, just make sure you've restarted :)

Yep, everything looks good Tonitti. 0706 is the updated BIOS (as you can see in the changelog). 0702 was the original, I think.

    Thank you Breed !

Now time to reinstall everything! (I did a full windows 8 restore when I couldn't connect to Liveupdate) I have promised to myself never to restore the tablet again until 110% sure It is necessary, as none of the four times I did, including this one, was necessary to fix anything.

EDIT: I find funny all of this odyssey to install our first batch of drivers, it is the opposite of what has happened for example with the new iOs drivers for the apple devices, where some people preferred to stay away from the newer ones due to the Google Maps affair and some other bugs...

Haha, I am. Yes. 200%! But see for yourself. In the zip with the install.cmd there's a ReleaseNote file in both. Compare the two. You'll see it has newer dates and more updates.
