It never lights up and my tab doesn't say I have a keyboard battery. It just shows one battery
Then, I would try to return it as defective.
A new live update version has been out for over a week. Is anyone still having issues downloading that new version? I am having the notification pop up every 5 min for the .zip to fail. Has been going on for over a week now.
Have you tried downloading directly from the Asus support website?
My LiveUpdate never could connect to the server, so I updated to the new version by downloading from the Asus support website. I no longer get the cannot connect to server error. Instead, I get a not connected to a network message and to try again. I can't get past this message.
@NewYorker545: I'm experiencing the same problem.
I wonder if there is a common manufacturing batch with the same problem. My serial number is in the CCOKAS series. I think the current batch begins with a D. What is yours?
I have the same issue on the new Live Update software. I have raised it with Asus support, awaiting a response.
Tomorrow morning I am getting the tablet.
I got a bit confused from all the commotion, but what is the proper order of updates? Asus -> Windows -> Various configurations; or the other way around?
