The prices aren't great but, are good enough to make it considerable.

I just don't know if the jump is worth it. I mean that's half the money I will spend on a laptop! And I am not really unsatisfied with my current tablet... the only reason to upgrade is to have the 4GB RAM and an actual dock.

z3740 I have is not that much lower spec than this new z8500, the new one has the 14nm manufacturing, bit faster memory bus, and a tiny bump in base and turbo clock frequency... Argh just can't decide!!! I wish Dell would hurry up and update the V8P.

True I guess, maybe important for some. I can count on one hand the # of times I've played any sort of game on it though. Doesn't take much GPU to run OneNote :D

Anyone receive one of these yet? For me it's not much use if the pen isn't available. It's also strange that the delivery dates that hp gives are like they are building each one individually. These aren't custom order PC's.

Just looked at the 4G model and it is shipping on 8/26. That's a long wait.

This one has my interest despite recurring nightmares from the Thinkpad 8 ordering fiasco of a year and a half ago. Here's the business order page with side-by-side model stats and prices:

Sorry about the tiny URL but the big URL didn't work.

I don't see the pen available yet and it is still shipping with Win8.1.

I can see why HP is having problems. Their web site is impossible to navigate and buy something, anything. Find this tablet sales information or just trying to find a printer by features, like tabloid paper. And they can't figure out how to dig themselves out of a ditch!

I think I've seen this pattern with HP tablets before where the stylus isn't released until much later after the tablet goes on sale. It's a shame since I don't think I can use my legacy apps on such a high resolution screen with out one. I need to be able to select small UI elements.
