I've been with my wife for about 8 years now and in that time only one time did she let out a fart that I caught a whiff of (heard many more than that)... but it was a really bad one. LOL.

LOL, ironic how we are talking about the Atmel Pen and farts smelling like death.

Apparently these tablets have been ready for sale if you contacted the sales team directly, even if it does not show up on the website.

What the...it's all black like the Executive Pen G2, but it's called G1 like the old silver-barreled one for the EP900. It's Atmel, and looks to have exact same specs as G2 pen, but 'only compatible with the Pro Tablet 608.' Why HP why??? Why not just release a G3 pen which works with all of your Atmel devices but solves the corrosion and battery drain problems? Would have had a lot more happy customers surely....

I really am hopeful that the pen on this does not corrode like @Bronsky has said about these pens from the past.

Is the pen available for sale now also? Is anyone going to buy the tablet? I'm worried legacy apps will look too small with the high resolution.

Hmm, I contacted HP Sales via chat but at no time did they let me know any way to purchase it. They said to wait for it to be available on the business site. Has anyone been able to purchase it?
