I removed those awful stickers from the back of my AVN8 lately. Funnily enough, the Windows 8 sticker was the only one leaving a mark on the plastic back, in its place the plastic is now in a lighter shade of grey. I tried rubbing the glue residue off with finger, cloth as well as hand soap, WD40 and cleaning benzine, no success so far. Has anyone else removed these ugly stickers, ran into the same issue and perhaps managed to resolve it? Or does anyone have any tips on how to remove the stain?

    Thanks in advance.

I just purchased my VivoTab Note 8 yesterday. I just ordered a screen protector today and noticed how many GeeDee Stickers are on the back. I was going to as the same question as you. Did you figure out a way to get rid of the glue?

I would try citrasolv concentrate. I have used it to remove the leftover residue from bumper stickers and it works like a charm. It contains a natural solvent, d-Limonene, which is the main component of orange peel oil. Just apply it full strength for several minutes and wipe off.

This link says it is also great for removing sticker residue,

You can buy it online. I bought mine locally from Sprouts Market. I think Whole Foods also stocks it.

By the way, does removing ALL the stickers void our warranty?
