I had security updated my EP121 Win 7 ..x64 The OSK is docked to top even it is set to "float".. it just block everything if it can't be moved.. I have to restore to get my osk back to useful state following are the updates, I do not know which update is causing the problem... Yes, I have a Samsung Series 7 Slate (Windows 7 Pro, x64) and am having exactly the same problem (however, the update did seem to fix my Rotate Lock button). Rolling back fixed the OSK issue (but then my Rotate Lock button stopped working again)
Again, ms released some updates in nov for win7..after updates..my ep121 only blinking before going into pw page..... ended up restore from backup.... MS is trying to push people to move to win 10?

Not sure it is better in win 10. In fact it is impossible to validate. We have too many difterent configurations. I am quite sure they do their best. And finally they have found the solution, the insider program.
