Just elongate the tablet and have the larger machine, when docked, be in portrait mode.

More likely than the entry level will probably wearing Core M just like current i3 Y and high end version will have Broadwell U.
No way Skylake unless SP4 released 4Q of 15.

I played with the Surface competitor HP came out with, I forgot what it's called but they released it in 13.3" and 15.4". Even the 13.3" seemed too big compared to the SP3 and the 15.4" model was like carrying around a desktop monitor. I can easily carry around my SP2 all day in my left hand and I think I could do the same with an SP4 if it is the same general size and weight as the SP3. However, I don't think I could do the same with a 13" or 14" SP.

I would rather see MS slap a Core M in the SP4, increase its battery life (both from the efficiency of the Core M and by adding a bigger battery), remove the cooling system, and maybe make it a little lighter while possibly ditching the N-Trig pen and going back to Wacom. I will be on the market for an SP4 this year but will definitely continue to look at a 12" model.

I'd love to see them go the other direction 8"-9" 3:2 device, but with built in digitizer (like Asus VivoTab Note 8) - I just would love to have a built in stylus!

I voted no, simply because they are heading in the too big direction. Give me a smaller dockable device and I'll be very happy. 9"-10" would be ideal for me.

Congrats on 3000!!! Anyway....I think we'll see either a Surface Mini or Lumia Phablet that will have the N-Trig Digitizer in time for the Windows 10, but it will run the mobile SKU that we'll see next week and we may finally see a MUI Unicorn as well.....

Thanks for the congrats guys on reaching the 3000 club (thank goodness it's not based on the "quality" of the poster's messages ).

Jeff - I'd jump for the mobile SKU immediately for a Lumia Phablet as long as it has the 1020 (or even 15xx series) quality camera. it would be so awesome to take handwritten notes across the platform -

BUT (yes, the big one) the stylus HAS to fit in the phablet, just like the Galaxy Note series!
